Exwayz Builders

We’re opening a 3-month launchpad for autonomous teams building robots where GNSS doesn’t work and things get messy in real life.

We provide the localization engine.

You build the rest.

We select 10 projects twice a year

The idea is simple: build together the most pragmatic localization stack from hardware to software for GNSS-denied by design environment where edge cases are part of the game from the very beginning.

Frame hardware architecture

We’ll spend time with you on your hardware and system setup, helping you make the right decisions early on, whether it’s LiDAR choice (inc. access to loan from partners) compute constraints, or how your overall architecture is structured.

Access to developer licenses

You’ll also get access to our SLAM in an R&D context, along with direct interaction with our engineers to go through integration and issues as they come.

Stress test with real data sets

A big part of the program is stress-testing. We’ll give you access to datasets coming from real GNSS-denied environments (dynamic scenes, degraded conditions, the kind of situations where systems tend to fail).

Technical deep dive with experts

On top of that, we’ll run an analysis of your own system and give you a detailed breakdown of where it drifts, where it breaks, and what can be improved.

What we're looking for

We’re looking for teams that are about to launch they first POC or already have something running and are starting to face the reality of deployment. If you’re building or scaling your mobile robotic fleet in complex environments like indoor set up, changing environments, low features or unstructured set up, and localization is becoming a blocker, this is probably relevant for you.

At the end of the three months, the goal is not just to “learn things,” but to have a system that is significantly more reliable in complex GNSS-denied environments. For some teams, this can naturally extend into pilots or deeper collaboration with us.

Why trust us?

For the past 10 years, we have been developing a foundational SLAM model specialized in handling edge cases for mobile robotics clients who face mapping & localization challenges during new deployments.

Our customer are using our localization stack as their primary localization source or to complement other localization sources (internal LiDAR or other sensors) and create redundancy for safety purposes. We’re currently in production with hundreds of mobile robots and vehicles in complex environments (indoor, changing and dynamic set up, low features…).

Check in a few clicks what your current localization stack costs you and if there’s room for improvement.

Step 3 of 4

What’s your next deployment environment?

Every new ODD requires your SLAM team to re-tune and re-validate the localization stack. Pick the one that best describes your next target.

Simple ODD — 3 to 6 months of integration
Flat terrain, open sky, structured and stable environment
Intermediate ODD — 6 to 12 months of integration
GNSS-denied, indoor/outdoor transitions, slopes, semi-structured
Complex ODD — 12+ months of integration
Dynamic obstacles, unstructured environments, seasonal changes, multi-floor
Select an ODD type above.
